If your item has arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work out the best solution for you. You can contact us on hello@kako.co.nz, or call us on 04 299 8098 during business hours. We will either replace the item or refund you in full (including the courier fee), depending on the situation. In the event there are damaged goods, we will need those goods returned to us within seven days.  We are not responsible for the cost of returning these items.

We cannot offer refunds if you have chosen incorrectly, so please order carefully!
